Away for one night so drove to Somerset as Lesley with B, had a nice time, we stopped at Services for the ladies and a meal, then to the hotel for the evening, lovely being Bs bit of lesbian stuff on the side Lol
09/01/2016, Went to the cinema today for the first time as Lesley, went with B to Stratford to see The Danish Girl, beautifully made film, but did find it somewhat depressing, really upset B

22/01/2016 Evening out in Stratford with B, coffee in Costa, then shopping in Asda, New Look, Marks & Sparks and Matalan, just a couple of hours but so sweet
27/01/2016, Needed a bookcase from IKEA so B took Lesley for coffee there and a then a look around, found what we wanted, had to get a nice young man to help us load it in the car LOL

07/02/2016, Wonderful day out as Lesley with B, went to Castle Quay in Banbury, lunch and shopping, then on to the new Gateway shopping centre, Primark fantastic, clean and tidy, bought ankle boots for a fiver and sexy shiney shoes for £3.00, coffee in M & S cafe. Then in the evening we did our weekly shop in Stratford, I love being out as Lesley

16/02/2016, Shopping and lunch in Romsey as Lesley, then on to West Quay Shopping centre in Southampton, had a lovely wander around and afternoon tea in John Lewis, in the evening we went to Lymington for a meal in the Ship Inn
18/02/2016, Afternoon out as Lesley, drove around the coast, stopped at Bucklers hard for a walk, then to Beaulieu, where everything was closed with no power, then on to Lepe for a walk on the beach and coffee and cake in the cafe, then did the charity shops in Hythe, in the evening we went to the Filly Inn for a drink.
20/02/2016 drove home as Lesley, coffee and shopping in Marlborough, then on to Swindon Designer Outlet for more shopping and lunch, a wander around Burford and the shops in the rain,did the weeks food shopping in Tescos in Evesham, what a week, back to reality now!
24/02/2016, Unexpected evening out as Lesley, down to Stratford, coffee in Costa a quick look around Asda clothes, tried on some boots there, then on to the Cinema, a drink in the bar there first and then saw the Dads Army film, very good, lovely evening out

01/03/2016, Solo day out as Lesley, first of all to Reditch, bought some tights in Primark, a skirt in the British Heat Foundation, tried on a skirt in Romans, then coffee & cake in Costa, then on to the Jinny Ring craft centre for a look around and a change of skirt and top, then to Malvern for a wander and shopping, with a coffee in Cafe Neros, busy but fun
18/03/2016, out this evening as Lesley with B, went to Stratford Retail Park, coffee and cake in Costa, then shopping in Asda, tried on and bought a top, summer trousers new leather gloves and a summer play suit for £13.00 some real bargains there

26/03/2016, Day out as Lesley today with B, went to Nottingham, caught the tram at phoenix Park, loved the ride in, then lunch at Cafe Neros, shopping, than bought two new wigs from the market, then coffee in Waterstones, caught the tram back, very crowded on the way back, had to share a seat, but no one said anything, so must have looked ok

30/03/2016, out and about as Lesley today with B, went to Hidcote Manor Garden, loved being a Lady that lunches there, then wandered around the gardens taking pics, then looked in the shop, on to Stratford Garden Centre where we had coffee and cake, and a look around, great day out
01/04/2016, marvelous day out as Lesley with B today, first of all went to Castle Nurseries to buy some plants, then we had coffee and cake in Talton Mill Coffee shop, on to Morton in the Marsh where we went around all the charity shops, tried on three skirts, and two tops buying one of the tops, on to Stow for lunch in Huffkins cafe, such nice staff there, more shopping, bought some stockings and a book, but no clothes, last of all did the weekly shopping in Tescos in Stow, long and tiring day, but such a thrill
04/04/2016, quick solo trip out as Lesley to buy plants for the garden, went to Studley Garden centre and bought some bedding plants and then on to Aldi for some tomato plants
11/04/2016, been out as Lesley today to Redditch shopping, bought panties from Primark, bought a couple of skirts and some summer trousers in a charity shop, had a spray of perfume in Debenhans, tried on and bought a couple of tops from Pep & Co, lovely ladies there, had a nice chat with them, had lunch in Costa, saw another girl today, but she was chatting to some one, and didnt see me, think she is the girl that works in Costa would have been nice to talk to her, then filled up the car at Tescos, and wandered around Matalan, nothing took my fancy there though, and then home again.
13/04/2016 Afternoon out as Lesley today, caught the train to Stratford, walked down into town, did the charity shops, I had forgotten how expensive they are there, found a lovely skirt but £12.00! I mean a girls not made of money is she? Then had a coffee in Cafe Neros, and wandered back to the station, caught the rush hour train back rather crowded, but no one said anything!
14/04/2016, quick trip out as Lesley this morning to Solihull, bit risky as we know friends who work there, parked by the Gym and walked through the park, then wander around John Lewis, into all the charity shops I could find, and then coffee at the Costa in the indoors bit, lovely sitting in the window watching the world go by
17/04/2016, away for a week living as Lesley, drove down today as Lesley, with B had coffee and cake at Gloucester Services, and unpacked all my clothes when we got there
18/04/2016 day out shopping today as Lesley, went to Wells, where I tried on and bought a couple of skirts and tops, had coffee in Costa, then a walk around the Cathedral Square and along the River, bought some phone credit, then on to Shepton mallet for more charity shops, and then to Glastonbury for a wander and shopping, back to Wells for coffee in Neros. Then in the bravest thing I have ever done as Lesley, had a meal on my own in a restaurant, loved every minute, writing it all up now for my website
19/04/2016, day out as Lesley to Bath today, shopping and sightseeing, lunch in Cafe Neros, walking in the riverside park, and wandering around the main shopping area, then on the ay home to Midsomer Norton, to do yet more shopping, and then to Tescos on the way home to buy my tea, and a bottle of wine
20/04/2016, to Clarkes Villiage today, what a fantastic place, coffee in Costa to start with them shopping, found some lovely summer sandals in Clarkes, tried on and bought a skirt in M & S, went into so many shops quite exhausted
21/04/2016 Culture for Lesley today, as I went to Lytes Cary Manor to look around the house and garden, so friendly there, then on to Tintinhull Garden, lovely lady there very welcoming, had a great time as Lesley looking around and taking pics, then in the evening picked up a chinese.
22/04/2016 drove home today boohoo, but at least I drove home as Lesley, visited Avebury circle, very windy but great fun, then coffee and cake in the restaurant, and then went around Avebury Manor, so lovely to be out as Lesley blending in with the world, then on the way home did the weeks shopping in Tescos at Stow
26/04/2016 Out as Lesley today, went to Packwood House, national Trust place, had lovely time wandering the gardens, the bluebells are gorgeous, and I loved the kitchen garden, then on to Kenilworth for lunch in Costa, and shopping, tried on and bought a skirt and top in one of the charity shops,
29/04/2016, dressed and drove down to Stratford for coffee and cake after work with B then went shopping in Asda, bargins there, tried on three tops and a summer play suit, bought one of the tops, the jumpsuit, two pairs of panties, and a red suspender belt. £2 or £3 each! had a drink in Wotton Wawen on the way home, lovely
01/05/2016, what a fantastic start to May, out from 10 to 6 as Lesley with B, first of all to the Vally shopping centre at Evesham, had a gorgeous time there shopping, and having lunch, tried on some summer sandals, then on to Evesham itself, where I tried on and bought a summer skirt, lady in the shop so nice to me, then later in the afternoon to Hidcote Manor Garden, where we had a cream tea in the cafe, then a lovely wander around the garden with B taking pics of me, back home now cooking Bs supper
04/05/2016, Afternoon out as Lesley this afternoon, went to a National Trust place Baddersly Clinton, near Solihull, bit risky as we know someone who volunteers there but, she wasnt on duty this afternoon, had a lovely wander around the garden, taking pics as I went, then a visit to the Ladies, and then to the cafe, sat outside in the courtyard in the sunshine with my coffee and cake, had a lovely time.
06/05/2016, afternoon/evening out as Lesley at the new shopping outlet at Banbury, started with a sandwich and coffee at Costa, then had a good look around Next, I love a housey shop as Lesley! then into New Look, bought two new bras and a dress from Primark, and then a look around M & S, loved every minute of it
14/05/2016, What a gorgeous day, out as Lesley all day with B, first of all to Whitlenge garden, where we lunched, and then a wander around the garden, such a lovely place, and so welcoming, then on to Malvern Link, where we had a look in the charity shops, tried on and bought two skirts and some lovely summer sandals, then to Great Malvern, tried on and bought a top, then a nice drive around the Malverns in the sunshine, and on the way back stopped off at Pershore where we had coffee and cake in Coffee 1, what a glorious day
19/05/2016 out for the evening as Lesley with B for a couple of hours, first of all stopped for coffee at Hopwood Services, and a visit to the ladies, then on to Kidderminster for shopping at the Range, spend a very happy hour or so there playing with the housey things
23/05/2016, lovely day out as Lesley, dressed early and drove to Redditch, needed the loo first of all, then shopping in all the ladies stores there, tried on and bought two tops and a skirt, lunch in Costa, in the afternoon, went to Stratford, more shopping, then along the river to the Church, with an ice cream lovely sitting in the sun, and enjoying myself
27/05/2016, Gorgeous afternoon, so dressed in my new summer playsuit, and when B got home from work we went out, drove to Henly, roof down, real wind in the wig drive! went into the Shakespeare Hospice shop, had a look around, then coffee at Costa, Then on to park in Stratford, by Lucys Mill, walked down across the bridge, and up the river side, stopped off at Coxes yard for a drink and the ladies, this play suit is a bugger when i need the loo, have to strip right off to go, sitting on the loo, just in bra & sandals! then a nice walk down the other side of the river and a drive home. Lovely
29/05/2016, What a sparkling day, out as Lesley, all day, first of all down to Chipping Camden for lunch and a brouse around the shops there, bought some bits at a craft fair, then on to Broadway, so busy, and then a first visit to Snowshill Manor, tea and cake in the cafe then a wander around the garden and house, what a gorgeous day, I adore being out and about as Lesley with B
31/05/2016, Great day out as Lesley with B, first of all lunch in the new Gloucester Services and a wander around the shop there, what a lovely place, so unlike a motorway services, then on the Gloucester, for shopping in the Quay Designer Outlet and a look around the docs, not bad prices, got some nice stuff
05/06/2016 Off out again as Lesley, first of all to Hidcote, such a beautiful place, always cheers me up to go there and see the gardens, had a cheese scone and coffee in the cafe, and a lovely wander around the gardens, then to Stratford Garden centre, for a look around, some nice cheap pots there, had tea and cake, managed to spill tea on my new pink jeans! What a great day
08/06/2016 Busy, busy day as Lesley today, out first thing down to Warwick, parked in St Nicholas Park, and walked through to Monkyshue, girls if you have not been there get there now, its closing in July, all shoes and boots £5.00 up to size 9, and a wonderful helpful lady there who chatted to me, found me more shoes to try on and was so nice to me, bought a pair of summer sandals, then a wander around Warwick & St Nicholas Park, on to Leamington, Spa, for lunch in Costa, tried on some lovely flouncy trousers in Romans, bought a skirt in one of the charity shops, and generally shopped and wandered, visited Jephsons Park, for an ice cream, then to Stratford, caught the Park & Ride, more shopping, perfume in House of Fraser, and a walk along the river, a long cool drink and a cake in Costa, sat outside it was so hot, and watched the world through a womans eyes! Home now, and managed to miss all the rain

11/06/2016 Had a great day as Lesley today, first off to Coughton Court to see around the house and gardens, rained a bit so couldn't see all of the gardens, had coffee and cake in the cafe there, then on to Worcester for some shopping, bought a nice skirt from one of the charity shops, had a nice look around, think I saw another gurl in one of the shops, but wasn't sure so said nothing, then on to Malvern link, changed into my new skirt and did the charity shops there, and finaly to Great Malvern, here I had a sandwich and latte in Cafe Neros, sitting in the window, watching the world go by, had a look in the charity shops there too, and then a nice drive home, roof down all the way, now relaxing at home
17/06/2016, lovely evening out with B, first for coffee at the Costa in Kidderminster, B was really relaxed allowing me to buy the coffee while she filmed me, then shopping in the Range and a look around the furniture shops there and then as it was a nice evening, on to Bewdley, for fish and chips, B letting me buy the food, while she went to get a drink, such friendly staff in the chip shop, did not blink an eye at me, then sat outside the riverside pub with our food and drink enjoying the evening
18/06/2016 Afternoon out as Lesley with B to Birmingham Botanical Gardens, been years since we had been, had a lovely time wandering the glass houses and gardens once the sun came out, tea and cake in the cafe and plenty of photo opportunities, had a drink at the Peacock on the way home
02/07/2016, Afternoon out as Lesley with B today, lunch in Starbucks at Warwick Services, then on to Upton House for a visit, had a lovely time there , got a bit damp in the gardens, but great to be out as Lesley again, finished off with tea and cake in the cafe and a brouse in the shop.

09/07/2016, Lovely long day out as Lesley with B, dove to Bridgenorth where we had lunch and did the charity shops, B bought some great white jeans, that I shall borrow, then to Welshpool, arrived just to late to see the little train, so went to Powis Castle, had a great time there, room guides so friendly a, nd chatty, and what wonderful gardens, had tea and cake on the terrace, great day out.
26/07/2016, out as Lesley for the first time in ages it seems, B took me to Evesham garden centre, great place as ever, had a wonderful time looking around the shops, tried on and bought a jacket, had a lovely lunch in the cafe there, then to Broadway for a wander along the main street, tried on two skirts but too small, loads of people about, had cake and coffee in a gorgeous cafe on the main street
30/07/2016 Day out as Lesley with B shopping in Nottingham, stopped on the M42 Services for breakfast, then caught the tram to Nottingham, bought a lovely real hair wig in the market, lovely helpful lady there, then shopping in Primark, bought 3 tops there, then in and out of the charity shops, bought two tops, lunch in Costa, and a ride back on the tram, what could be better?
31/07/2016 Quick trip out this morning as Lesley, to Hidcot again, such a lovely place and love being there, had cake and coffee in the cafe, and a wander around the gardens in my new hair, bought yesterday and one of my new tops.
01/08/2016, late afternoon coffee and cake in Costa Stratford, then shopping in Asda, tried on and bought pair of sandals, and three tops, great mirrors in the changing rooms there, lovely lady a the tills was so nice, then into New Look & Miss Selfridge, before M & S where I bought a meal for B and I
13/08/2016, just back from a lovely holiday on the Isle of Wight with B living as Lesley, had a great time, out and about dressed every day:-
14/08/2016, had coffee and cake in Brading, then went to Osbourne House, had a great time there, guides so friendly, then paddled in the sea at Sandown
15/08/2016, drove around the Island, stopping off at Freshwater, had coffee there and tried on and bought skirt and top in the Charity shops, then to Yarmouth, visited the castle there and had lunch over looking the sea, folowed by ice cream on the pier. In the evening, had the most wonderful meal in a place called the Bandstand in Sandown, staff were fantastic, very friendly, and the meal was lovely
16/08/2016 Started off in Oasis, coffee and cake first, great housey place, love being a woman looking for things for our house, then a beautiful day, so went to Ventnor Botanical gardens, had lunch there and a wander around nice place, then to Steephill Cove, where we paddled in the sea, and had an ice cream
17/08/2016, B wanted a day with her husband, so wasnt till the evening Lesley was alowed out! Had a walk along the cliffs from Lake to Shanklin, then along the front mixing with the crowds, had fish and chips siting on the front, then a drink in a bar on the sea front, folowed by a walk along the beach back to the car
18/08/2016 Time to go home, but Lesley was allowed to come, we had breakfast in Gossips cafe in Yarmouth, then caught the ferry, very crowded, so bit nervous, but seemed to mingle in OK, loved wandering the ferry and sitting watching the boats as we crossed the Solent. We stopped at Marlborough for coffee an cake on the way back, and did the charity shops

24/08/2016 Afternoon out as Lesley, drove down to Stratford, and parked by the river, then a nice solo wander about, loads of people about, but enjoyed myself, walked down one side of the river and back up the other, lovely

04/09/2016, out this morning as Lesley went with B to Kidderminster, we had coffee in the Costa on the retail park then shopping in the Range, Such a warm day went on to Bewdley, had a lovely wander along the river and around the town, charity shops rather pricey we thought, then lunch by the river, such a nice day out
09/09/2016, wonderful evening out with B, drove to Malvern, stopping on the way at Hopwood services for coffee and cake, then a lovely wander around the retail park at Great Malvern, then a nice drive to Defford where we had a meal in the Defford Arms, Steak and chips, so nice to be out and about as a girl.
14/09/2016 Quick solo trip out as Lesley to Stratford this afternoon, parked by the Church, wandered down the riverside had coffee and cake at the RSC sitting on the terrace in the afternoon sun watching the world go by, lovely
25/09/2016, WoW what a lovely day, stolen from Summer, perfect weather for a girl to go out, Out today as Lesley with my lovely B, first of all went to the Valley Country park at Evesham, where we had a look around, found some lovely boots, really knee high, and tight around my calfs, had coffee and cake and a wander around the rest of the shops, then onto Hidcot for a wander around the gardens, and a late lunch, weather perfect for photos. On the way home did the weekly shopping at waitrose by Stratford, how posh is that then?
30/09/2016, Dressed late afternoon and met B in Stratford after work, great fun pretending we were friends meeting for coffee, and a bit of shopping in Boots, TK Max & Matalan, tried on two skirts in Matalan, but too small, must cut down on the cake!
01/10/2016 Well what a change in the weather, it was certainly winter draws on for Lesley today! Out shopping with B to Banbury, had to find some opaque tights and get my boots out, had a wonderful time though, Primark, trying boots on, bought some tights and b bought a top, then Next for coffee and cake, Poundland for make up, really rather good stuff there, and then Marks & Sparks, tried on and bought a skirt in the sale, loved being in the womans changing room, so girlie, and tried on three pairs of boots, too expensive for me though
04/10/2016, Gorgeous day out with B dressed early and went to Shrewsbury, stopped on the way at Bridgenorth for the ladies, then caught the Park & Ride into Shrewsbury, lunch in Costa to start with, then a tour of the charity shops, tried on and bought a lively skirt , nice chatty lady told me how nice I looked in it, bought a cardi, and top from varios shops, late afternoon coffee in Patisserie Valerie, bus back to the car, then stopped off at the Range in Kidderminster on the way home
07/10/2016 Went out for a bit of retail Therapy this afternoon, to Stratford retail park, wearing my new marks & Spencer skirt, felt very posh, tried on two new skirts in Asda, bought some pads and nail varnish remover in Bots, a meal for later at M & S, then coffee in the Costa in Tescos and the weekly shopping at Tescos, great fun
08/10/2016, Well the achievement of a long held ambition today, a day out on the Seven Valley Railway as Lesley, had a lovely time, caught the train at Kiderminster, coffee and cake on the way, a wander around Bridgenorth, then on to The Engine House at Highly, for lunch, and back to Kidderminster, well worth the long wait.
12/10/2016, wonderful day out today as Lesley with B went to Upton House, such a lovely chatty lady in the ticket office, said she just loved my skirt, started with lunch in the restaurant, I so love being a lady that lunches, then around the house, started with with a talk and film, and then B and I wandered around, fascinating place as its al about during WWII we had to laugh, got chatted up by two old chaps, they really should have gone to specsavers, then coffee and cake and home, marvelous day
14/10/2016 as part of our quest to visit Hidcote Manor Gardens each month in 2016, we had a lovely afternoon there today, started (as usual) with coffee and cake, the ladies in the cafe are so nice to me, then a wander around the gardens, doed the heart good to see such beauty, then back to stratford for the weekly shopping at Tescos, very chatty lady on the tills, nice to be accepted
16/10/2016, Quick trip out this morning to Webbs, near Droitwich, both B and I needed some bits for our jewelry making, I needed some backs for new earrings, had to have coffee and cake of course while we were there, had a nice look around, while buying the earrings, the nice lady gave be a loyalty card, lovely way to spend a morning

22/10/2016, Drove down to the south coast as lesley with B, we stopped for breakfast in Huffkins Cafe in Stow on the Wold, then, caught the Park & Ride in Salisbury, bit of shopping, then to Mompreson House, for a look around the house and Garden, afterwards went to the Cathedral, such a gorgeous place and had coffee and cake in the tea room, in the evening ate out with B at Harry Ramsdens, had a lovely day.
23/10/2016 A trip on the Swanage railway with B, rather crowded, but enjoyed it, with B taking pics of me, stopped of at Corfe Castle, nice shops, packed with people, tea & scone in the National Trust tea rooms, and then to Corfe Castle itself, very windy, but hair looked ok, then back on a packed train
24/10/2016, Both B and I wanted to see Inferno, the new Dan Brown film, so booked tickets at Bournemouth, on the way parked at Sandbanks in Pole, walked along the front, and had lunch in the cafe there, cinema, was very quiet, enjoyed the film, and then a wander around the retail park, in the evening we ate at Ask Italian in Bournemouth, staff so friendly and nice.
25/10/2016, today we went to Portland Bill, drove there nice drive with the top down, went to Portland Castle, had lunch there, interesting place, looking around the garden and Castle, then to Weymouth for shopping had a good look around, but didnt buy anything, in the evening B was tired, so she sent me shopping for our meal, that I enjoyed cooking for us.
26/10/2016, Had to drive home today, but drove as Lesley, first place to stop was Shaftsbury, lovely place, had tea and a scone in a tea rooms there, staff so nice, then around the charity shops, tried on a few things but didnt fit, so didnt buy, then in the afternoon we went to Stourhead House and Gardens, very nice room stewards, very chatty to B and I, lovely place, then around the gardens, so beautiful at this time of year, the colours were amazing, lunch in the cafe there, and then had to drive home and back to reality, lovely few days though
04/11/2016, Out this afternoon as Lesley with B, quick trip to Stratford, coffee in Costa, then a round of the retail park, rather disappointing new clothes ranges in all the stores there, did try on some boots in Matalan, but didnt set my heart afire, oh well
06/11/2016 Out as Lesley with B this morning for our monthly visit to Hidcote gardens to see it in all seasons, lovely smile from the young girl at reception, I know you dont need a map" she said, think we are getting known there! Lovely wander the gardens looking at the Autumn colours so pretty, then coffee and a cheese scone, afterwards on to Stratford Garden Centre for a nice look around

12/11/2016, Great afternoon out as Lesley with B shopping in Worcester, got there about 1.00 pm, had lunch in a cafe, then a round of shopping, bought some nice stuff, really looking for a long skirted coat, didnt find that, but had fun looking all the same, then a coffee in Costa, on the way home found a fantastic place called the Northbrook, an old cinema, full of gorgeous housey stuff, well outside our price range, bur what a gorgeous building
18/11/2016, wonderful evening out with B, caught the train into Birmingham, coffee an cake in Druckers in the Bull Ring shopping arcade, then wander around the shops, bought some Christmasy things, through the German Market to Grand Central where we did the shops, and then ate at Carluccios, staff there so nice and friendly, then a wander back through town and caught the train home
25/11/2016, away for a few days as Lesley, so drove down to the South Coast with B, in the evening, stopped at chievley services for a meal, and then carried on, had a quick drink in The Snakecatcher in Brockenhurst, then arrived and unpacked
26/11/2016, a full day out for Lesley today, first we drove down to the coast, and along to New Milton, did the charity shops there, had lunch in the Costa there, couldnt find anything in any of the shops, alhough tried on a couple of things, then on to Lyndhurst, same problem there nothing worth buying, but had a look around the visitor centre, so we drove on to Hythe, where we had coffee and did the round of the Charity shops, then home for tea
27/11/2016, another full day out, caught the train to Southampton, so exciting being on a busy train, them had a lovely day out shopping in West Quay, had lunch in the John Lewis cafe there, think I saw another girl in the perfume dept but wasnt sure, and she didnt see me so said nothing, just in case, got back mid afternoon, changed and as it was such a glorious day went for a drive though the New Forrest, ended up in Lymington, so had a quick wander and a coffee in Cafe Neros
28/11/2016, another beautiful day with the sun so bright, caught the train to Lymington today, loved being on the station, mingling with all the people there, walked up through the town, doing the charity shops again, and looking in al the other shops too, we took coffee and cake in the Costa, then a walk down to the water front, so beautiful in the sun, in the afternoon, went to Christchurch, parked by the church, and wandered along the front, then into the town to have a late lunch, and a look in the shops, bought a lovely pair of leather boots and tried on a couple of things
29/11/2016, decided to go to Salisbury today, so we drove up to the Park & Ride by Tescos, caught the bus in, and had a nice wander around, did all the charity shops we could find, and a look in New Look and Next etc, M & S has some good mirrors for taking pics of yourself in lol. Had lunch in Cafe Neros, and a look around the Christmas Market, then caught the bus and home again, In the evening, there was a meeting in Lyndhurst, thought I might go along, re did my make up and changed into another skirt, and top, arrived there about 8.30, had a sit down and a coffee, but remembered why I dont usual go to these type of meetings and left after about an hour, popped into Tescos to buy something to eat on the way home
Last day and had to travel home, but got up early tided the cottage, and dressed, wanted to try Primark in Winchester. parked in the Park & Ride, and caught the bus, lady bus driver was no nice and friendly, OMG the bus was so crowded, standing room only crushed up against the other passengers, but no one looked at me oddly, so must have looked reasonable! Found Primark, and found exactly the bots I wanted, black patent OTK in size 8, and best of all reduced from £22 to £10, so impressed bought a pair for B to, then a wander around the Christmas Market and the shops everywhere packed so had to settle for coffee and cake in Greggs, then time for home, caught the bus and drove home, back to reality for a while now
04/12/2016, Had our last trip out to Hidcote gardens this year this morning, been there every month this year as Lesley to see the changing of the seasons, had a wonderful morning there in the sunshine with B, coffee and a scone in the cafe, and a wander around the gardens, cant go now till February next year, shall miss it
09/12/2016. evening out with B to the Christmas market in Birmingham, caught the train in, so crowded had to share a seat, had a coffee in Waterstones cafe before a wander along the market, so many people but such a good atmosphere looking at all the stalls and sampling their wares, then caught the train back again, still crowded, but at lease we could sit together
14/12/2016, late afternoon shopping trip to Solihull today bit naughty as we have friends that work there so little risky, bought Bs Christmas card, did a bit more shopping and a coffee in Costa in Mell Square
16/12/2106 wonderful evening out, met B in Costa strtford, straight from work, exchanged presents like girl friends would and had a nice chat, then a round of the stores looking at things we will buy in the sales lol
17/12/2016, Day out as Lesley with B, drove to Ross on Wye, parked by the river and walked up into the town, had lunch in Costa, did the rounds of the charity shops tried on and bought two skirts, had a lovely day wandering the town, then late afternoon coffee and cake
18/12/2016, Just time for a quick solo afternoon out as Lesley, dressed and drove to Stratford, parked in the retail estate and walked into the centre, Bought B some perfume from Rackhams, lovely young lady assistant smiled and wished me a good day, then bit more shopping, coffee in Costa on the island, and a walk back to the car, had a quick look in New Look & Asda while I was there
29-30/12/2016 Two days away living as Lesley with B, wonderful time, had lunch at Gloucester Services, then shopping in Cabbot Circus in Bristol, bought two tops, boots and a new coat, then checked into our hotel, ate out in the Wetherspoons on the waterside, following day wandered around the old docks, visited the SS Great Britain, had coffee and cake there, then went to Clifton, did the shops, and walked over the bridge, lunch in Cafe Neros, on the way home stopped at Gloucester Services for a coffee and the ladies, thank you for a lovely time B XX
31/12/2016 Nice way to finish off the year, had a walk around Stratford, to see the Christmas lights with B, fairly quiet, as it was early evening, had a drink in the RSC bar, to talk about our year, must say its been a fantastic one for Lesley, been out in public for 101 days in all over the year
What a year 2016 has been, calculated that Lesley has been out and about in public for at least 101 daystraveled on buses, trains, ferries, been to so many lovely buildings owned by the National Trust, and English Heritage, been for a ride on a couple of preserved railways, had so many meals out, let alone coffee and cake! All thanks to the continued help and support from my lovely wife B who is my soul mate, friend, lover and wife.
What will 2017 bring?
